Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary, which is why we have clear policies in place to respect both your time and ours.


Cancellation Policy

  • Single sessions: Require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • 2-hour sessions and couples sessions: Require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Appointments made within 24 hours: Must be cancelled at least 4 hours in advance.
  • Promotional packages or multiple services: Require 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, 100% of the reserved service amount will be charged.

Fees

  • Less than the required notice: 100% of the reserved service amount will be charged.
  • “No-shows”: 100% of the reserved service amount will be charged.

This policy allows us time to notify clients on our waiting list and keep our schedule full so we can best serve everyone. Thank you for respecting our time and that of fellow clients.


Late Arrival Policy

  • All appointments begin and end on time to avoid delaying the next client.
  • If you arrive late, your session will be shortened accordingly, and the full session fee will still apply.
  • If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we will provide the remaining session time only, at the full cost.
  • In rare cases, if our schedule allows, we may accommodate the full appointment.

Arrival Time

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. This ensures a relaxed, unhurried experience and allows time for parking.


Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we will call, text, or email to confirm your appointment two business days in advance.
If we cannot reach you and must leave a message, please remember that it is still your responsibility to keep track of your appointment to avoid late arrivals, missed sessions, or cancellation fees.
