How does Health in Hands Spa work?
Health in Hands Spa is by appointment only. Our website helps you book a session with our five-star trigger point massage experts at our locations. You can view our live calendar on our website to know when the next appointment is available. During your appointment time, the therapist will have a consultation with you to go over your intake form and find out what hurts or if any pain. After that all you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy your full hands on 60, 90 or 120 min massage.
What types of services are offered by Health in Hands Spa?
Health in Hands Spa offers customized massages with trigger point therapy. However, you can choose the pressure you prefer and any other massage like deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and prenatal massage. Any of these modalities can be performed as a couples massage, either with two massage therapists performing simultaneous massage in different rooms or one therapists performing massage one after another. We also offer full body scrubs and different types of add-ons you can include in your session.
Can I speak by telephone during the treatments?
Cell phones and other electronic devices need to be silenced while in the spa, and please no telephone conversations inside.
How old do I have to be for spa treatments?
To ensure the ultimate experience for yourself and other guests, please refrain from bringing children. Minors wanting a massage need to be accompany by a parent, who would need to wait in the waiting room.
Are walk-ins welcome?
No, we are by appointment only.
Can I pay with cash?
We require a credit card when scheduling your appointment. Your credit card is then charged after your session. However, if you later need to change the method of payment we do accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and our Gift Certificates. Payment is due in full at time of service. We do honor some third-party gift certificates including Spa Finder, Spa Wellness, and Yelp. Tips are included for your convenience so you do not need to carry cash.
Is there any refund policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you decide that a product is not right for you, you may return the un-used portion within 5 days of original purchase to exchange for another product. No cash or credit card refunds on services and products are exchanges only.
What do I do if I need to cancel an appointment?

How do I pick a therapist?
All of our therapist are trigger point massage experts so you can choose any massage therapist you want depending on his/her availability. You can see our therapists’ schedule online.
How do I book an appointment with Leyla?

How does Health in Hands Spa vet the therapists for each studio?
We’re very careful about the massage therapists we select to join Hands in Hands Spa. We vet each therapist to make sure they are fully licensed or certified in their practice area. We also verify they are insured by a reputable firm that is well known in the industry. We accept only the highest quality therapists, which then get additional training from us to become trigger point experts. This allows all of our therapist to give the same service and massage to our clients.
All of the massage therapists have the highest level of integrity and professionalism. In return, we expect all clients to reciprocate the same level of respect and conduct.
Can I rebook with the same therapist?
Yes, absolutely! After your first massage with a massage therapist using Health in Hands Spa, you can request to re-book with that same therapist right from our site. You can see your therapist’s live schedule on healthinhandsspa.com
Can I book a massage directly with a therapist instead of through the website?
Health in Hands Spa takes the stress out of booking a massage by allowing our clients to see our live calendar online and book directly and easily on our site, healthinhandsspa.com. If you enjoyed your therapist’s massage, you can rebook with him/her online after seeing their schedule on our site. We strongly encourage our clients to use Health in Hands Spa exclusively for all of their massage needs.
Can I lunch in Spa?
How much clothing should I remove?
Feel free to undress to your level of comfort. If you’d prefer to leave on undergarments, be our guest. If you feel more comfortable completely undressed, you may do so and position your body under the sheet. Therapists are trained to properly drape your body to protect your modesty and theirs.
Is there Parking?
There is meter and street parking at near the location. We suggest arriving a half hour earlier to find parking and make your appointment on time.
Does Health in Hands Spa accept insurance?
In the United States, insurance is not accepted as a form of payment. However, you may be able to submit a claim for reimbursement depending on your insurance policy.
